Marvel
Publication Date:
September 1988 to March 1995
Issue Numbering:
#1-175
Overview:

Published as a biweekly title, this title served as an anthology series. For the most part, each issue contained four 8-page stories. Although some of these were oneshot, self-contained stories, most stories were serialized over multiple issues.

Originally, the "main feature" was to be an X-Men character but, with #39, Wolverine became the permanent star. As of #90, however, one of the other three features reguarly began to star the Danny Ketch Ghost Rider and later characters from the Midnight Sons.

Series is notable for Barry Windsor-Smith's 12-part Weapon X storyarc, depicting the events in which Logan had adamantium bonded to his skeleton.
