The first Squadron Supreme that originated on Earth-616 was actually composed of refugees of different worlds lost to the Incursions. Many of them were members of the Squadron Supreme of their realities, or part of similar groups like the Squadron Sinister or the Great Society.
These members included Hyperion, Nighthawk (from Supreme Power), Doctor Spectrum (of the Great Society), Blur (from New Universe), Power Princess (from Earth-S), Warrior Woman (of Squadron Sinister, first posing as Earth-S's Princess), and Thundra (of Femizonia).
