Sometimes known as Osborn Industries or Osborn Chemical, this company was founded by Norman Osborn and his partner, Mendel Stromm, before Norman forced Stromm out. It was used by Norman to fund his career as the Green Goblin before his initial death. OsCorp was run for a time by Harry Osborn and his wife Liz Allan-Osborn. Currently, the intellectual property and assets of OsCorp have joined with Allan Corp and Horizon Labs to found Alchemax.
