An organization typically sponsored by the U.S. military to capture, contain, or even (theoretically) kill the Hulk. Founded by General "Thunderbolt" Ross, a second Hulkbuster team was later formed by Bruce Banner himself when he was separated from the rampaging Hulk for a time.
