Child of an Elder Goddess and the Asgardian All-Father, possessing superhuman strength, endurance, reflexes, resistance to physical injury, increased lifespan, sensitive to the prayers of his worshippers, wields Mjolnir, an enchanted uru hammer only lifted by those who were worthy, returns to his grasp when thrown, allows for flight, can summon the elements of the storm such as wind, rain, thunder, and lightning, open portals through space and dimensions, access to the Odinforce, an immense font of magic which increases his power and range of abilities, but at the cost of the "Odinsleep" in order to regenerate that power

Notes:

Thor has assumed several mortal identities over the years. He began as Don Blake in JiM #83. A new identity as Sigurd Jarlson began in Thor (1st series) #341. He was physically bonded to his friend Eric Masterson in #408. Lastly, he assumed the role of Jake Olson in Thor (2nd series) #2.

Thor lost the ability to wield Mjolnir in the Original Sin event when his confidence was shaken in the worthiness of Gods as a whole after his trials with Gorr the God-Butcher. Believing he was no longer worthy of the name Thor, God of Thunder, he answered only to "the Odinson" for some time, and wielded the Celestial killer axe, Jarnborn, in Mjolnir's place. He finally regained his hammer and proved worthy of it again in War of the Realms #6.
