Notes:

Moondragon's natural psychic abilities were developed within her by the Priests of Pama sect on Titan. Initially possessing only the psychic potential of the average trained human (like Doctors Strange or Druid), exposure to outside sources like the Dragon of the Moon, Beyonder, and the Mind Gem have permanently enhanced her mental powers.

As a corrupted vessel for the Dragon of the Moon, Heather died in Defenders (1st series) #152. Her consciousness survived and, with the aid of her cousin Pamela Douglas, was placed in a new body cloned for her on Titan over Solo Avengers #16-20.

During Annihilation: Conquest, Heather's connection to the Dragon of the Moon resurfaced and she physically transformed into a space dragon. She died in this form, but was brought back by Phyla and Drax as of Guardians of the Galaxy (2nd series) #11-12, in her original form.

A second version of Moondragon entered the 616 universe during Infinity Wars with her lover Captain Marvel (Phyla-Vell). Moondragon-616 physically and mentally merged with that Moondragon in Guardians of the Galaxy (6th series) #5.
