Notes:

The Microverse was held together by a power known as the Enigma Force, which in turn manifested a portion of itself as the Uni-Power. The Uni-Power bestowed the powers and identity of Captain Universe on various people over the years, from random civilians to Spider-Man, Bruce Banner, or Juggernaut. The Uni-Power's symbiosis with Tamara Devaux was different from past examples of Captain Universe, with the sentient consciousness of the Universe itself speaking through Tamara.
