1) Master Pandemonium originally wore red robes with billowy sleeves and orange bands around his belt and chest. The inverted pentagram representing his missing soul was open on his gut. He wore orange boots and a mask made of similar material with shaped horns extending from it. His chest band also helps hold a black cape with orange highlights in it. [West Coast Avengers (2nd series) #4]
2) The pentagram on Master Pandemonium's chest slowly filled in as he recovered the missing pieces of his "soul". When he bonded with Thomas and William, Pandemonium inadvertently took on a new look that he would become infamous for in the years to come -- having the two toddlers extending from his arms in place of his hands. This absurd imagery would be replicated years later by the Raksha demons he was an abode for. [Avengers West Coast #51]
3) After being tortured by Mephisto and freed by Lore, Master Pandemonium had a grotesque, virtually naked appearance, adorned only with a black cape. He had sharpened fingernails and a set of crested horns atop of his demonically twisted face. [Scarlet Witch (1st series) #1]
4) In modern times, Master Pandemonium has adopted a less super-villainy look, discarding his costume for a simple set of black pants and a sleeveless jacket that exposes his demon arms and chest portal. He occasionally wears a larger cloak to disguise his more unique features. [Ghost Riders: Heaven's on Fire #4]
