COSTUME GALLERY
1) Minn-Erva's first look screamed the 1970s. Farrah Fawcett was one of the biggest stars of the 70s for the hit tv show Charlie's Angels and Minn-Erva's hairstyle was possibly inspired by Farrah's iconic locks. The upper part of her outfit was a blue, polo shirt with a red color and trim. She had red hotpants over what looked like blue tracksuit bottoms with a red shirt on the sides with blue boots. She also had a red cloak connected to the polo shirt. [Captain Marvel (1st series) #50]
2) Her second costume was a variant of Captain Marvel's second costume. It was blue and red like her original look. The bodysuit was primarily red but had a blue trim around her chest/shoulder area and around her pelvis. She also wore blue gloves and blue boots. She wore a small mask and paired it all with a red scarf. At the center of her chest was a star. Interestingly, the Supreme Intelligence had granted Captain Marvel this costume and a short time after debuting this look it was revealed that Minn-Erva had entered into an alliance with the Supreme Intelligence itself. Possibly the costume was intended as an easter egg/hint for readers. [Quasar #10]
3) Her third look was really just a variant of the last one, with the scarf being replaced by an oversized blue cape. It was short-lived and she soon went back to her last look.
4) While not actually a new outfit, after Minn-Erva mutated herself further she gained the ability to transform into a completely different being. This largely anthropomorphic monstrosity was huge and could grow to the size of a building. Her hair became grey. Her face distorted into a black shape, similar to the star on her chest. Her eyes were glowing orange. She had fangs and an oversized lower jaw. Her body was primarily a grey-blue, with three claws for hands and taloned ridges on her elbows. She had an enlarged star on her chest but it was black at the center with an orange outer lining. She also grew red, veined, bat-like wings, which were pitch black on the rear. 5) Minn-Erva’s most recent outfit was primarily teal green and mauve. It is possible the departure was for movie synergy, as Gemma Chan's Minn-Erva debuted the same year as this look. Her outfit in the movie was primarily green and a military one. Minn-Erva's new look was certainly more military based. She had a green mask that extended to the neck. A green star at the center of her chest on top of a light mauve embellishment. She had light mauve shoulder-pads with green accents. Bulky mauve gloves and boots. [Captain Marvel (11th series) #5]
